OK here is where I get confused  ON the far Right is for Heat Pump which is what I have 

Payne PH13 AC/  Heat Pump 

Payne PH13 

and also have a Payne 

PF4MNB
DIRECT EXPANSION FAN COIL
FOR R--410A REFRIGERANT
SIZES 019 THRU 061

Well on The TH8110U1003 Base Plate I would think that it is hooked up as Follows 

(RC) & (R) Linked = Red Wire (24VAC Hot)

O/B (Heat Pump Changeover)  is where I am confused because Orange Wire Goes there on the Heat Pump Side and On the Conventional Side There is a (W) (Heat Relay) which is where the White Wire should go to I believe since White is Heat , So do I hook them both into there ? cause there the same slot

(G) Green Wire (Fan)
(Y) Yellow Wire (Compressor Contactor)
(C) Blue Wire (24VAC Common)

If I got anything Messed up let me know please
